What is this year’s conference about?

At MCMF 2019, we will look at the journey of cash from acceptance at the cash register, to value in the bank – with all steps in between including deposit preparation and collection, reconciliation, and change orders. By looking at each step in the cash journey merchants will be empowered to identify areas for cost reduction, optimize processes, and assess industry innovations to automate processes and increase efficiency.

Where is the event?

The Merchant Cash Management Forum 2019 will take place at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Hotel, Arizona.


How do I get there?

Just a 30-minute drive away, the closest international airport to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Will there be discounted room rates available?

We are still in the process of negotiating discounted room rates for people who need to stay overnight before or after the event. We’ll communicate these in the coming months.


Is the event free of charge?

Yes! As merchant champions we aim to provide the merchant community with educational and informative events that give actionable learnings. This event is free of charge and completely merchant-focused.


What networking opportunities will be available during the event?

We know that in addition to the educational talks available during the Merchant Cash Management Forum, the event is also an excellent opportunity for merchants to network with peers. Therefore, we will be hosting a drinks reception in the hotel after the event has concluded.


What catering will be provided?

Upon arrival, breakfast and tea/coffee will be available. Throughout the day snacks and refreshments will be provided, and we will be serving lunch. We’d also be thrilled if you joined us after the event for some evening drinks after the closing remarks.


What if I have a food allergy/intolerance?

During the registration process you will be asked for your dietary requirements and allergy information. Please ensure you complete this fully so we can ensure we cater for your needs.
